AK Namaste is a wellness studio which aims to enrich and unite our community by proving greater access to ancient practices, yoga, sound medicine, mindfulness, and healing. We host a variety of workshops and offerings, along with weekly workout and yoga classes. AK Namaste also houses a large selection of rocks, crystals, jewelry, sound healing accessories, essential oils and environmentally safe home products.
