  • Yoga on Tuesdays at 5:30-7:00pm

    Led Pam Doerr. Iyengar trained design for any level with emphasis on teaching your nervous system to relax.

    We start in savasana and end in savasana.

  • Yoga on Wednesdays at 3:00-4:00pm

    Iyengar trained design for any level with emphasis on teaching your nervous system to relax.

    We start in savasana and we end in savasana.

  • Yoga/Kickboxing on Thursdays 5:30-7:00pm

    Yoga - Kick Boxing. Have fun, take some action and kick up your heels in between.

    Boxing and Yoga Gear Provided. PLEASE BRING WORKOUT SHOES
